I tend to buy green bananas, they are not that sweet and a bunch will ripen over a few days, but I love bananas in a smoothie or as banana bread, so it doesn't matter too much what stage of ripening they are in.

Amazing still life Nina, the perspective and lighting is wonderful! I prefer mine more green and less ripe as well, big YUM to that! Beautiful work!
